Republic Mortgage was established in June, 1983 when the first location for the new business was opened in St. George, Utah. In late 1990 a group of Utah businessmen purchased Republic Mortgage and moved the corporate headquarters to Salt Lake City, Utah.

We offer retail and wholesale lending departments and we are approved to originate loans for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and Utah Housing. In addition, we offer these types of loans:
