Which is why we give them the opportunity to submit customer feedback from the start of the loan until even after the loan has closed. Our first class Mortgage Specialists conduct survey calls and emails to random recent customers in order to get their anonymous honest feedback for the Loan Officer and Loan Processor they worked with. Based off of these anonymous results our Loan Officers and Loan Processors receive either bonuses or penalties to their compensation. This incentives the best possible service to our customers. We really do believe that our customers are the key in building a better way to do home loans!
